I ate dinner at Rao’s, the Rao’s, the almost mythical Italian restaurant in Manhattan on 114th Street and Pleasant Avenue. I had first heard of Rao’s in the late seventies or maybe it was the early eighties. Feels like you are in a movie. But &amp;nbsp;I think you get better food at some off the other Italian &amp;nbsp;joints &amp;nbsp;on the upper east side.. But when Frank starts to sing and the place jumps &amp;nbsp;it is pretty cool. &lt;/p&gt;
