    Nutrition for Feeling Good

I'm a firm believer that diet plays a huge role in the way we feel - fruit, vegtables and whole grains really do keep me feeling healthy and good.

I agree with you 100 percent Mrs Charlie! I also believe exercise has a lot to do with feeling great also..I recently joined a gym with my daughter ( her idea ofcourse) and she motivates me to go atleast 4 times a week, which is more than I have ever exercised in my life! I definately feel so much better and have so much more energy during the day to teach the Kindergartners!!

I agree, a good diet is the #1 way to start losing weight and becoming healthier.  Bright fruits, vegetables, and whole grain supplemented with some good exercise is the best way to feeling and thinking healthier!
