    Your body is like an engine

    What you put in your body is your fuel. I have notice since I have been eating better I feel much better. I've been using High-Test I guess you could say. Eggwhites and whole wheat starts me off right. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

    Bkay have you ever tried a wrap instead of the bread. 100% fiber and taste great...maybe with some hot sauce? Healthy and and tasty that is the "high-High test"

     Anyone cook?  The most rewarding healthy meal is the one you chef up yourself, and it tastes great!  Always feels good knowing you had a great meal and know exactly what went into it.

     You need to be careful with wraps.  More times then not wraps only sound like a healthier alternative to bread when it is really pretty much the same thing.  Wraps are really just smushed bread.  If you like wraps, and are trying to eat healthier, just stick to the whole wheat ones and you should be good to go.

    I agree that making things yourself is the best way.  One never knows how the food service employees are preparing food.  Perhaps they think it's best to cook your egg whites and turkey with leftover bacon grease - ew.  I'd rather prepare myself with non-stick spray.

    I also like to take an omega3 combo of fish, flaxseed, and borage oils.  I am also thinking about taking wheat grass.  I have read up a lot and it seems to have some serious benefits.  Anyone else have an opinion let me know
